Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti GenAgro Říčany, a. s. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou rozebírány cíle práce a způsob zpracování a po té teoretická část. Praktická část přechází na aplikaci zvolených metod na společnost a problém. Poslední část práce obsahuje navrhovaná řešení a možnosti zlepšení a rozšíření současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis is focused on system of remuneration of employees at GenAgro Říčany, a. s. Firstly in individual chapters are analyzed the aims of the thesis and processing option, secondly there are described methods of research and analysis of current status. The practical part includes the application of the chosen methods on company and problem. Last part of this bachelor thesis contains proposed solutions and opportunities for improvement and expanding current system employees rating.
