Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu materiálového toku v daném podniku. V analytické části jsou využity různé metody analýzy, které pro každý díl určí, zda má být uložen v regálu nebo se bude vychystávat na vyžádání. V praktické části bude provedena analýza materiálového toku konkrétní výrobní linky, na jejímž základě budou navrženy příslušné změny zásob materiálu ve výrobní oblasti. Pro materiál v regálu je definováno množství a způsob objednávání materiálu k doplnění ze skladu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the material flow analysis in the company. Various methods of analysis are used in the analytical part, in order to determine whether the component is meant to be stored in the shelf or whether it will be picked at the request. The practical part will analyze the material flow of a specific production line. The appropriate changes in the material stock in the production area will be suggested based on the analysis. The quantity and the method of material ordering from the warehouse will be defined for the material stored in the shelf.
