Teoretická část popisuje finanční ukazatele, analýzy časových řad a regresní a korelační analýzu. Na základě vypracovaných analýz byly stanoveny návrhy, které povedou ke zlepšení stávající situace společnosti. Společnost BPS se ukázala jako finančně zdravá. Z analýz byly zjištěny nedostatky ke zlepšení. Například podíl vlastního a cizího kapitálu, využití volných finančních prostředků a doba obratu pohledávek a závazků. Je navrženo větší využívání cizího kapitálu. U doby obratu pohledávek je naznačen systém sankcí a využití nadbytečných prostředků je řešeno návrhem investice do akcií.
