Bakalárska práca vychádza z projektu, ktorý vznikol počas štúdijného pobytu na univerzite VIA v meste Horsens v Dánsku. Práca je rozvedená do stupňa Dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie a Dokumentácie pre prevádzanie stavby. Navrhovaný objekt je bytový dom so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami a s jedným podzemným podlažím so šikmou sedlovou strechou. Nachádza sa v spomínanom meste Horsens v obytnej časti. Hlavnou myšlienkou je nenarúšať okolitú zástavbu, v ktorej sa nachádza pár podobných objektov. Aj preto je vzhľad fasády tradičného štýlu. Dôležitou súčasťou návrhu je tiež dispozičné riešenie bytov, ktorých je v bytovom dome 12. Bytový dom má bezbariérový prístup. The basis of the Bachelor thesis is a project which was designed during study program on VIA University in town Horsens in Denmark. The thesis is developed into the level of building permit documentation and documentation for execution of the project. The object of the study is a four-storey building and a basement. It has a saddle roof. The building is located in the town Horsens. The main idea is to design the building which does not disturb surrounding buildings. That is the reason why facade and roof finishes are in traditional Danish style. One of the most important parts of it is floor plans. The object has 12 flats. The first floor has wheelchair access.
