Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou skládačky z ozubených kol s využitím technologie 3D tisku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku ozubení s důrazem na evolventní ozubení, aditivní technologii Rapid Prototyping a materiály pro 3D tisk. V praktické části je popsán návrh a výroba skládačky, která probíhala na školní 3D tiskárně uPrint s využitím metody Fused Deposition Modeling. V závěru práce je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, které porovnává možnosti výroby ozubených kol. The bachelor thesis deals with the design and production of jigsaw puzzle of gears using 3D printing technology. The theory section is dedicated to characteristics of gearing with emphasis on involute gearing, the additive Rapid Prototyping technology and materials for 3D printing. The practical part describes the design and productions of the jigsaw puzzle that was made on a school 3D printer using method called Fused Deposition Modeling. Conclusion of this thesis contains technical-economic evaluation which compares the production possibilities of gears.
