Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem objektu občanské vybavenosti střediska volného času v Lužánkách, Brno Lidická 50. Diagnostika objektu byla provedena z důvodu rychle se šířících staticky významných poruch na konstrukci. První část práce se zabývá historii Lužáneckého parku, v kterém se objekt nachází, dále pak historii toků Brna a problematikou jílovitých zemin. V praktické části je popsána diagnostika spolu se zhodnocení aktuálního stavu objektu, s následujícím teoretickým vyhodnocením a návrhem krátkodobých i dlouhodobých opatření. This bachelor thesis deals with structural and technical research of the Lužánky Leisure Time Activity Centre, a civic amenity building situated in Brno, 50 Lidická Street. A building diagnosis was carried out due to a number of static defects spreading fast all over the structure. The first part of the thesis describes the history of the surrounding Lužánky Park. Furthermore, the history of the city’s watercourses and the related issue of clay soil are also discussed. The practical part focuses on the diagnostics of the building together with its current state. After the theoretical assessment, short-term as well as long-term maintenance measures are proposed.
