Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou materiálového toku vybrané výrobní oblasti ve zkoumané společnosti. Diplomová práce definuje slabiny současného stavu řízení zásob a vytváří návrh na co nejefektivnější řízení materiálových zásob v podniku, za použití štíhlé výroby. Základním prvkem diplomové práce je zavádění systému tahu do vybrané výrobní oblasti. This thesis deals with the issue of material flow of selected production area in the researched company. The master's thesis defines the weaknesses of the current state of inventory management and creates a proposal for the most effective management of material stock in the company, using lean production. The basic element of the thesis is the introduction of a pull system into a selected production area.
