Práca sa zaoberá problematikou spájania plechov. Na základe literárnej rešerše rozoberá jednotlivé metódy spájania plechov a ich technologické princípy. Pomocou vybraných metód spájania boli vytvorené vzorky spojov. Následne boli vzorky testované skúškou ťahom na trhacom stroji. Vzorky boli vyrobené z pozinkovanej ocele DX51 s hrúbkou 2 mm. Vybranými metódami spájania boli bodové odporové zváranie a nitovanie trhacími nitmi. Ťahovou skúškou bola určená sila, pri ktorej dôjde k porušeniu spoja. Výsledky ťahových skúšok boli porovnané s výsledkom skúšky klinčového spoja prevzatého z literatúry.
This bachelor thesis specifies the problem of metal sheet joining. It analyzes methods and technological principles of metal sheets joining based on a literature research. Sample joints were created using selected joining methods. The joints were then tested with a tensile test. The samples were made of zinc coated steel DX51 of thickness 2 mm. Selected joining methods were resistance spot welding and blind riveting. The tensile test determined the force at which the joints were damaged. The tensile tests results were compared to a result of clinched joint testing taken from literature.
