Bakalářská práce zaměřená na syndrom vyhoření u všeobecných sester je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První z nich se zabývá charakteristikou této profese, popisem syndromu vyhoření a standardizovaného dotazníku Maslach Burnout Inventory, který slouží k šetření míry tohoto jevu u pomáhajících profesí. V empirické části je uveden cíl této práce, výzkumná metoda, charakteristika vybraného nemocničního zařízení a jeho respondentů. Je zde také prezentován průběh šetření a analýza výzkumných zjištění. V závěru práce jsou v diskuzi předloženy výsledky mého šetření a výsledky výzkumu, které ve své knize "O syndromu vyhoření pro zdravotní sestry" zveřejnila Mgr. Ivana Bartošíková. Tato část také obsahuje navržená opatření, která by mohla vést k prevenci syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester. Klíčová slova: všeobecná sestra, syndrom vyhoření, příčiny, výzkum, prevence The bachelor thesis focused on a burnout syndrome at general practical nurses is divided on the theoretical and the practical parts. The first one deals with the characteristics of the profession, the description of the burnout syndrome and the Maslach Burnout Inventory standardized questionnaire used for investigating the scope of the phenomenon at assisting professions. In the empirical part there is an objective of the thesis stated, also a research method and the characteristics of a selected hospital facility and its respondents. Also, there are a course of the research and the analysis of the findings presented. In the conclusion of the thesis in the discussion, the results of my research are compared with the results of the research published by Ivana Bartošíková in her book "On Burnout Syndrome for Practical Nurses" (orig. title "O syndromu vyhoření pro zdravotní sestry"). This part also contains proposed measures which could lead to a prevention of the burnout syndrome at practical nurses.
