Zpráva shrnuje výsledky výzkumu politik ovlivňujících migraci vysoce vzdělaných, uvádí odhad počtu českých vědců a výzkumníků působících v zahraničí a seznamuje s výsledky analýzy faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodování vědců o návratu zpět do České republiky. V závěru jsou prezentovány návrhy opatření, které by mohly podpořit návrat českých vědců a výzkumníků ze zahraničí zpět do České republiky The report summarizes the results of research policies affecting the migration of highly skilled, it indicates an estimated number of Czech scientists and researchers working abroad and presents the results of the analysis of factors influencing the decisions of scientists about the return to the Czech Republic. In conclusion, proposals for measures that could encourage the return of Czech scientists and researchers from abroad to the Czech Republic are presented.
