[cze][eng] Cílem této práce je vytvoření systematické rešerše v oblasti ortotiky nohy doplněné o klinické vyšetření a testování pacienta, doporučení pro volbu vhodné konstrukce pomůcky, která poslouží jako přehledný učební text. Účelem této práce je poskytnutí teoretických i klinických informací, které mohou pomoci jako návod při rozvaze ve výběru nejvhodnějšího provedení a materiálu ortotické pomůcky u pacientů s nejčastěji se vyskytujícími strukturálními i funkčními odchylkami v oblasti nohy. Celá práce je psána na pomezí oborů ortotiky a rehabilitace, což jsou dvě odvětví, která mají nezastupitelnou úlohu ve zkvalitnění života pacientů s celou řadou rozličných diagnóz. Klíčová slova - noha, ortotika, ortéza, deformita nohy, biomechanikaThe aim of this work is to create a systematic research on foot orthotics, supplemented with the patient's clinical examination and testing, recommendations for the choice of appropriate structure of an orthotic aid and subsequent rehabilitation, which will serve as a clear textbook. The purpose of this work is to provide theoretical and clinical information that can help as instructions on how to select the best design and material of orthotic aids for patients suffering from the most common structural and functional disorders of foot. The whole work is written from the perspective of orthotics and rehabilitation. These two fields play an irreplaceable role in improving lives of patients with a variety of different diagnoses.
