Název: Biomechanický rozbor příčin vážných úrazů krční páteře při dopravních nehodách Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je prohloubení poznatků o mechanismu poranění krční páteře při dopravních nehodách se zaměřením na úrazy krční páteře u řidičů a spolujezdců v jedoucím automobilu. Metody: V práci byla použita metoda literární rešerše z domácích i zahraničních zdrojů. Pro splnění cíle byly vybrány příklady, které pomohly vysvětlit problematiku poranění krční páteře při dopravních nehodách. Výsledky: Z nashromážděné literatury vyplynulo, že úrazy krční páteře při dopravních nehodách jsou často opomíjeným tématem. Zároveň se často neuvádí, že následky dopravních nehod, nekončí na vozovce, nýbrž je jejich dopad vzhledem k finanční náročnosti léčení úrazů často velkou zátěží pro společnost. Nezanedbatelné je také správné používání bezpečnostních pásů a opěrek hlavy. V neposlední řadě může znalost této problematiky přispět výrobcům automobilů, aby vytvářeli stále lepší bezpečnostní prvky. Klíčová slova: dopraví nehoda, krční páteř, biomechanika úrazů, whiplash Title: Biomechanical analysis of causes of serious injuries of the cervical spine in traffic accidents Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to deepen the knowledge about mechanism of cerval spine injury in traffic accidents, focusing on injuries to the cervical spine of drivers and passengers in a moving car. Methods: The thesis was a method of literary research from domestic and foreign sources. To meet the objectives that have been provided, it would help to clarify the issue of cervical injury in road accidents. Results: The literature collected has shown that cervical spine injuries are often a neglected topic. At the same time, it is often not stated that the consequences of road accidents do not end on the road, but their impact is usually a heavy burden on society due to the financial cost of injuries. Proper use of seat belts and head restraints is also important. Last but not least, knowledge of this issue can help car manufacturers to create ever better safety features.
