Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice komunikace v internetovém prostředí v různých rovinách, tzn. přímá komunikace poskytovatele služby se stávajícími, či potenciálními zákazníky, komunikace s pomocí reklamy, vzájemná komunikace mezi uživateli služeb. Rozebírá problematiku provozování marketingu na sociálních sítích a různé marketingové strategie. Dále také zkoumá výhody a nevýhody různých druhů reklam, které jsou na internetu možné použít. A nakonec především pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá názory a preference internetových uživatelů v Česku. This thesis delves into the issue of communication on the internet, from different perspectives, from communication between service providers and current or potential customers, communication via advertising, to communication between service users and other service users. It looks into the problems of running a marketing on social networks and various marketing strategies. The thesis also analyzes pros and cons of different types of internet advertisements. Lastly, via questionnaires, the work aims to discover the views and preferences of internet users in Czechia.
