cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Příspěvek analyzuje tři témata, která se nacházejí na okraji převážně pozitivního obrazu Černohorců v díle spisovatele, novináře a překladatele Josefa Holečka: orientalismus, erotiku a násilí.The aim of this paper is to analyze three themes that can be found on the margin of the overwhelmingly dominant, idealistic description of Montenegro and the Montenegrins in the works of Josef Holeček (1854 - 1929), Czech writer, journalist and translator: orientalism, eroticism and violence. The paper argues that orientalist, erotic and violent images formed the background against which Holeček constructed the dominant positive image of the Montenegrins as heroic Slavic warriors.
