The aim of this study is to generate the unsteady flow behaviour of a bubble column bioreactor and to interpret its flow conditions in terms of oxygen availability in bioreactor performance analysis. Cílem této studie je generovat neustálené tokové chování v bioreaktoru typu bublaná kolona a v analýze provozu bioreaktoru interpretovat tokové podmínky jako podmínky dostupnosti kyslíku.
