Cílem celé studie, která probíhá již od roku 2008, je využití VN Hamry jako modelového objektu pro biomanipulační zásahy s rybím společenstvem v rámci zlepšení kvality vody v nádrži. Cílem bylo rovněž zjistit, zda je vůbec reálné v podmínkách VN provádět efektivní biomanipulace s rybím společenstvem. The aim of this study, which has been under way since 2008, is to use the Hamry reservoir as a model for biomanipulation of the fish community to improve water quality. A secondary aim was to assess whether effective biomanipulation of the fish community is a feasible management measure for reservoirs.
