Silvie Táborská Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Využití prvků Fascial Manipulation u pacientů s lumbalgií Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá italskou metodou Fascial Manipulation (FM) a to konkrétně využitím prvků této metody u pacientů s bolestí dolní části zad. Lumbalgie je druhou nejčastější příčinou návštěvy lékaře. Její příčina je známá jen u velice nízkého procenta pacientů. Během svého života se s ní setká téměř každý. Lumbalgie často recidivuje. Existuje spojitost mezi lumbalgií a fasciemi. FM by tak mohla být prostředkem v léčbě těchto obtíží. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je dále rozdělena na čtyři další oddíly. Prvním z nich je anatomie bederní oblasti, druhý se zabývá obecnou problematikou lumbalgie, třetí pojednává o fasciálním systému s důrazem na jeho klinický význam a poslední čtvrtý oddíl se zabývá samotnou metodou Fascial Manipulation. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky dvou pacientů s lumbalgií (akutní a chronickou). Cílem je zjistit efekt terapie s prvky FM u pacientů s bolestí dolní části zad. Terapie o přibližné délce 20 - 30 minut proběhly v rozsahu několika týdnů. Silvie Táborská Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: The Use of Elements of Fascial Manipulation in Patients with Low Back Pain Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with an approach called Fascial Manipulation. Concretely, it is about the possibilities of using elements of this approach in patients with low back pain. Almost everybody somehow deals with low back pain in life. Fascial Manipulation could be the key in solving this problem. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into four sections. The first one is about the anatomy of lower back, the second one is about lumbalgia in general, the third one is about fascial system highliting the clinical point of view, the forth one is about Fascial Manipulation. The practical part involves case studies of two patients with low back pain (chronic and acute). The aim of this part is to find out the effects of a therapy based on elements of FM in patients with lumbalgia. Every therapy took aproximately 20-30 minutes and was held in a time period of 8 weeks. Key words: low back pain, Fascial Manipulation, fascia, lumbalgie, manual techniques
