Diplomová práce se zabývá obdobím sklářské společnosti, která na sebe musela vyhlásit insolvenční řízení a následně se dostala do úpadku. Předmětem této diplomové práce je zjištění finanční situace společnosti před jejím úpadkem pomocí finanční analýzy. Práce obsahuje příčiny a následné důsledky této situace a průběh insolvenčního řízení. The Diploma thesis deals with a period of a glass company which had to declare an insolvency proceedings and consequently went into bankruptcy. The aim of the thesis is to determine the financial situation of the company before its collapse by using a financial analysis. The work contains causes and resulting consequences of this situation and the insolvency proceedings process.
