ABSSTRAKT Bakalářská práce s názvem Vzájemné hospitace v mateřské škole jako možné východisko implementace změny je zaměřena na vzájemné hospitace, které mohou být významným nástrojem ke zlepšování práce a profesního růstu pedagogů. Cílem této práce je zmapovat a popsat současnou podobu hospitací a vzájemných hospitací ve třech mateřských školách z pohledu ředitele školy a pedagogů. Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Teoretická část vymezuje řešenou problematiku a užívané pojmy. Je zásadní, aby každý hospitující tyto informace znal. Pouze tak může být daná činnost vykonávána správně a hospitace mohou být pro školu přínosem. Nechybí ani rešerše odborné literatury a platné legislativy v době odevzdání práce, tj. červen 2018. Empirická část obsahuje přípravu, provedení a závěry z výzkumného šetření, které se skládá z devíti rozhovorů. Respondenti výzkumu byli tři ředitelé a šest pedagogických pracovníků běžných mateřských škol. Výzkum přináší jejich pohled, zkušenosti, názory, vnímání a postoje na současnou podobu hospitací a vzájemných hospitací. The bachelor thesis Peer observations in kindergarten as a possible method of implementing changes is focused on mutual sitting in on a class that can be an important tool for improving teacher's professional growth. The aim of this work is to map and describe the current form of observations and mutual sitting in on a class in three kindergartens from the point of view of the headmaster and teachers. This bachelor thesis is of theoretical- empirical character. The theoretical part defines solved problems and used terms. It is important for every observer to know this information. It is the only way for the activity to be performed properly and for the observations to become benefits to the kindergartens. There is also expert publications research and valid legislation at the time of submission of work, i.e. June 2018, mentioned in the work. The empirical part includes preparation, implementation and conclusions of the research survey which consist of nine interviews. Three headmasters and six teachers working at common kindergartens were respondents of the research. Research shows their views, experience, opinions, perception and attitudes to the current form of sitting in on a class and mutual observations.
