Tématem bakalářské práce je monografické zpracování protestantského kostela sv. Salvátora v Praze na Starém Městě v širším kontextu. Práce se nejdříve zabývá historickými souvislostmi vzniku kostela na počátku 17. století. Do této kapitoly spadá nejen vztah habsburského rodu k protestanským věřícím, ale také odraz protestantské liturgie na sakrální prostor. Na to navazuje stavebně historický vývoj kostela od jeho založení v roce 1611, až do dnešní doby. Dále je vytvořen podrobný popis exteriéru i interiéru kostela, včetně již málo dochované malířské výzdoby. Závěrečná kapitola srovnává jednotlivé stavební prvky kostela sv. Salvátora s jinou dobovou architekturou. Thesis focuses on monographic elaboration of protestant church of Saint Salvator located in the Old Town of Prague and its wider context. Thesis firstly works with historical context of church foundation in the beginning of 17.th century. This chapter contains not only the situation between the Habsburgs and the protestants, but also the reflection of protestants liturgy on sacred space. Thesis continues with the historical development of the church since its foundation in 1611 until today. Additionally is a detailed description of the interior and exterior of the church created, including description of very little preserved rare interior paintings. The closing chapter compares the architectural elements of the church of St. Salvator with another contemporary building
