Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou renesanční sepulkrální skulptury v Českých zemích. V práci jsou nejprve charakterizovány typy renesančních sepulkralií, zmíněny jsou často využívané symboly a motivy v tomto období, též způsoby zobrazení postav na skulptuře. Tyto poznatky jsou shrnuty na konkrétních příkladech šlechtické náhrobní skulptury rodu Lobkoviců a Pernštejnů. Každý vybraný náhrobek a epitaf je popsán a uveden do kontextu, pozornost je věnována i historii kostela uložení skulptury a rodu zde pochovaných. Na závěr jsou sepulkralia jednotlivých rodů komparována a zasazena do vývoje. This Bachelor thesis deals with Renaissance tomb sculpture in Czech lands. The thesis first describes types of Renaissance tomb sculptures and mentions symbols and motifs frequently used in that period as well as manners of figures depicted. These findings are summed up using particular examples of the aristocratic sculpture of the House of Lobkowicz and Pernštejn. Each selected tombstone and epitaph is described and set in the context, while attention is also paid to the history of the church where the sculpture is situated and the family buried. At the end, tombstones of the two houses are compared and set in their historical context.
