This work is focused on identification of deuterated metabolites synthesized from deuterated fatty acids in bumblebee body by means of comprehensive two dimensional gas chromatography. Tato práce se zabývá identifikací deuterovaných metabolitů, vzniklých v těle čmeláka z deuterovaných mastných kyselin, metodou dvourozměrné plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí.
