A series of acyclic nucleoside diphosphate mimics bearing purine and pyrimidine bases was prepared by Mitsunobu reaction of protected heterocyclic bases with appropriate alcohol containing stable diphosphate analogue. Byla připravena série látek mimikujících acyklické nukleosiddifosfáty odvozené od purinových a pyrimidinových bazí. Pro přípravu byla použita Mitsunobova reakce chráněné heterocyklické baze s odpovídajícím alkoholem nesoucím stabilní analog difosfátu.
