[eng][cze] The synthesis of 2'-deoxyuridine and 2'-deoxycytidine derivatives bearing bipyridine, phenantroline or terpyridine ligands via acetylene or phenylene tethers and their corresponding triphosphates was accomplished through Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling.Deriváty 2'-deoxyuridinu a 2'-deoxycytidinu nesoucí bipyridinové, fenantrolinové nebo terpyridinové ligandy připojené přes acetylenové nebo fenylenové můstky a jim odpovídající trifosfáty byly připraveny pomocí palladiem katalyzovaných cross-coupling reakcí.
