Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje mentorinku jako nástroji objektivní povahy, kterým organizace ovlivňují adaptační proces nových pracovníků. V rámci první, literárně- přehledové části práce, jsou popsány vybrané objektivní faktory jakými jsou především způsob vedení pracovníků, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků. Pozornost je též věnována adaptačnímu programu. Hlavní pointou literárně- přehledové části je analyzovat tyto faktory v kontextu pracovní adaptace a zmínit novodobé studie, zabývající se danou problematikou. V návaznosti na vykrystalizované významné téma mentorinku následuje druhá část práce, návrh výzkumného projektu. Empirická část práce prezentuje návrh kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož účelem je zkoumat jak adaptující se pracovníci vnímají přínos mentorinku a osobnost mentora. The bachelor thesis focuses on mentoring that organizations use to influence work adaptation of the new employees. In the first part of the thesis, the literary review, factors such as management of employees, job evaluation and remuneration strategies are described. There is also focus on orientation programme. The main point of the literary review is to analyze these factors in context of work adaptation and to mention current studies related to this topic, mentoring especially. The first part of thesis is followed by qualitative research project proposal which is based on the literary review. The main goal of this empirical part of thesis is to investigate how individuals perceive support of mentor in process of mentoring.
