Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku žáků z dětského domova z pohledu školního psychologa. Popisuje, jak školní psychologové přistupují k žákům z dětského domova a jaké jsou specifické nároky na školního psychologa při práci s touto konkrétní skupinou žáků. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních činností psychologa na škole a popisem výhod a úskalí dané profese. Další část teoretické části je zaměřena na děti z dětského domova a problematiku ústavní péče. Empirická část je zaměřena na představení výzkumu včetně výsledků a diskuze. Výzkum byl realizován ve spolupráci se školními psycholožkami, se kterými byly provedeny rozhovory. Získaná data z rozhovorů byla analyzována na základě otevřeného kódování a následně prezentována za pomocí techniky vyložení karet. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak školní psychologové přistupují k žákům z dětského domova a jaké jsou specifické nároky na školního psychologa při práci s touto konkrétní skupinou dětí. Výsledky práce přinášejí pohledy školních psychologů na problematiku žáků z dětského domova. Popisují specifika žáků z dětského domova, překážky pro práci s nimi a přinášejí doporučení ke zlepšení situace. The thesis describes, how school psychologists are approaching pupils from children's home and what specific requirements are essential for the job of the school psychologist when working with this particular group of students. Theoretic part focuses on declaring elementary activities of the school psychologist at the school and explains the advantages and possible obstacles of the psychologist job. Next part focuses on pupils from children's home and the topic of institutional care. Empiric part points at performing research including results and discussion. The research was completed with the assistance of the school psychologists using the interviews. Gained data from the interviews were analyzed based on the opened encoding and then presented by using a technique unloading card. The research goal was to find out, how school psychologists are approaching pupils from children's home and what specific requirements are essential for the job of the school psychologist when working with this particular group of students.
