The paper deals with the disspersion of instrumented indentation measurements of rheonomic materials caused by state and properties of tested samples. It demonstrates the important influence of the temperature of the tested material, its viscoelastic behaviour, techology and microinhomogeneities on the microhardness and instantaneous elastic modulus values measured using the Nano Indenter XP and the microindenter MHT 10V. Článek poukazuje na dispersi výsledků instrumentovaných indentačních měření reonomních materiálů způsobenou stavem a vlastnostmi zkoušených vzorků. Dokumentuje významný vliv teploty zkoušených vzorků, jejich vazkopružného chování,technologie a mikronehomogenity na hodnoty mikrotvrdosti a okamžitého pružného modulu stanovené užitím Nano Indenteru XP a mikrotvrdoměru MHT 10V.
