Tato práce se zabývá studiem změn vegetace vlhkých luk ve Slavkovském lese za uplynulých deset let. Porovnává vegetační data z minulosti se současnými, získaná na 100 trvalých plochách. Pomocí analýz druhové diverzity a druhového složení se snaží objasnit změny, ke kterým za poslední desetiletí došlo. Snaží se rozlišit druhy, které ubývají a přibývají. Velký vliv na druhové složení by měl mít i aplikovaný management, jehož efekt je v rámci této práce také studován. Znalost správného managementu by měla vést k uchování zdejší biodiverzity, a proto je třeba hledat typické druhy sečených i opuštěných luk a sledovat jejich změny v čase. Neméně důležité jsou také abiotické faktory prostředí, které mohou skladbu vegetace rovněž silně ovlivňovat. Tyto faktory byly uvažovány na základě výpočtu průměrných Ellenbergových indikačních hodnot pro druhy obsažené v jednotlivých snímcích. Jejich změny byly porovnávány v čase, a také v čase v kombinaci s managementem. Díky tomu by mělo být možné říci, jak se prostředí za deset let změnilo, a také zda na to má vliv management. Dále se práce zabývá změnou výskytu druhů s různými vlastnostmi v čase. Z výsledků vyplývá, že se druhová diverzita i druhové složení za deset let změnily. Je pravděpodobné, že na to má silný vliv nárůst obsahu živin v půdě a s tím spojená... This thesis focuses on the changes of vegetation of the wet meadows in Slavkovský Les during past decade. It uses data on vegetation gained from 100 permanent plots. By the analysis of the species composition and diversity it aims to elucidate the changes of the wet meadows over the last ten years. It aims to define, which are declining and which are becoming more common. Applied management should have a great impact on the observed vegetation changes so its effect is studied in the thesis as well. The knowledge of the suitable management should lead to conservation of the local biodiversity. The abiotic environmental factors are important as well as they can influence the species composition. These factors were studied by the application of Ellenberg indicator values on the species present in the study. These changes were compared in time and in a combination of time with a management type. Thus, we should be able to say how the environment has changed in the past decade and whether the type of management has any effect on the changes. Furthermore, the thesis explores whether changes in species composition over time may be explained by species traits.
