Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickými aspekty chronické bolesti se zaměřením na osobnost pacienta. V literárně přehledové části, která je rozdělena do dvou hlavních domén se nejprve věnuje psychologickým aspektům chronické bolesti, tomu, co chronická bolest mění na prožívání pacienta. Následující doména je založena na tezi, že osobnost pacienta ovlivňuje vnímání bolesti pacienta a že jiné typy osobností mají jinou zkušenost z chronickou bolestí. Následně rozebere výzkumy zkoumající bolestivou osobnost. Každá kapitola je koncipována tak, aby shrnula základní údaje dané problematiky a uvedla nynější stav výzkumu v dané oblasti. V návrhu výzkumu bude vytvořena kvantitativní studie zkoumající osobnost pomocí inventáře TCI, který je operacionalizací Cloningerova modelu. This thesis deals with the psychological aspects of chronical pain with focusing on personality. The theoretical part is divided into two main domains. The first one is devoted to psychological aspects of chronic pain, what does chronic pain change in patients experiecing. Next domain is mainstay of the thesis that personality of patient involve perception of pain, and that different types of personality have different experience with chronic pain. After that will deal with researches of pain personality. Each chapter is designed to summarize the basic data of the subject and to present the current state of research in the given field. In the research proposal, a quantitative personality study will be created using the TCI inventory, which is the operationalization of the Cloninger model.
