Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - z překladu a odborného komentáře. Jde o překlad předmluvy a prvních dvou kapitol z knihy Wer's glaubt, wird selig od Heinricha a Jonase Bedford-Strohma. Práce si klade za cíl vytvořit funkčně ekvivalentní překlad. Komentář se skládá z překladatelské analýzy podle Christiane Nordové (2009), popisu překladatelské metody, překladatelských problémů a posunů v překladu. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts - the translation and its theoretical commentary. It is a translation of the foreword and first two chapters from the book Wer's glaubt, wird selig written by Heinrich and Jonas Bedford-Strohm. The aim of the thesis is to make a functionally equivalent translation. The commentary is composed of translation analysis according to Christiane Nord (2009), description of the translation method, translation problems and shifts in the translation.
