[cze][eng]
Obvodové nosné stěny jsou v nadzemních podlažích tvořeny z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm a v podzemním podlaží z betonových tvárnic BUILD IN.
The aim of my bachelor thesis is a new-build block of flats in Koprivnice. The house has two above-ground floors and is partly with a cellar. The object is located in a built-up area of family houses on an almost flat terrain in the town periphery. One housing unit in the second above-ground floor has a terrace connected with a living room. Bearing outside walls are in the above-ground floors made up from Porotherm brick blocks and in the underground floors made up from BUILD IN concrete blocks. The ceiling construction of the building is made up of folded ceramic-concrete ceiling with Miako inserts. The roof is single coated, flat with hydroisolation from asphalt belts. A parking space for the tenants is projected in front of the building.
