Bakalářská práce pojednává o počátcích soukromého podnikání v oblasti výroby televizních dokumentárních filmů, a to na příkladu společnosti FEBIO a jejího prvního televizního dokumentárního cyklu OKO - pohled na současnost. Práce s využitím informací získaných z osobního rozhovoru s blízkým spolupracovníkem zakladatele společnosti přibližuje okolnosti, za nichž vznikaly soukromé produkční filmové a televizní společnosti u nás. V souvislosti s tím práce popisuje vznikající spolupráci mezi médiem veřejné služby a komerčním sektorem. Analyzuje první sérii filmů cyklu OKO - pohled na současnost, vysílaného v letech 1992-1996 Českou televizí. Analýza se zaměřuje na deset filmů a zkoumá je s ohledem na vztah tématu a režiséra, osoby vystupující ve filmu, zvolenou strukturu dokumentu a identifikaci tzv. klíčové situace, které nejvíce charakterizují přístup autora k tématu. The bachelor thesis deals with the origins of private business in the production of TV documentary movies, as an example of FEBIO and its first TV documentary series The EYE - A Look at the Present. The bachelor thesis, using the information gained from a personal interview with a close colleague of the company founder, brings to light the circumstances in which private production film and television companies were established in Czech Republic. In this context, the thesis describes the emerging cooperation between the public broadcasting and the commercial sector. It analyses the first series of The EYE - A Look at the Present, which was broadcast by the Czech Television during the period 1992-1996. The analysis focuses on ten movies and examines them regards to the relationship between the subject and the director of the movie, the persons performing in the movie, the structure of the document and the identification of the so-called key situation that most characterizes the author's approach to the subject.
