Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice práce z domova jakožto jedné z forem práce zajišťující větší flexibilitu oproti standardním pracovním úvazkům. Nejprve se zaměřuje na flexibilní formy zaměstnání jako takové, a následně vymezuje práci z domova v pojetí západních zemí i v kontextu České republiky. Dále popisuje výhody a zejména nevýhody práce z domova z pohledu pracovníků a věnuje se možnostem harmonizace osobního a pracovního života takto pracujících jedinců. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat subjektivně vnímané pozitivní a negativní aspekty práce z domova u zaměstnanců, kteří z domova pracují. Pomocí kvalitativní metody rozhovoru s respondenty je realizováno výzkumné šetření zjišťující, jak zaměstnanci reflektují jednotlivé charakteristiky práce z domova a jakým způsobem rozlišují mezi prací a soukromým životem. Initially, it focuses solely on the flexible working arrangements, followed by defining "working from home" in the context of both Czech Republic and of western countries. Furthermore, it considers the advantages and especially disadvantages of working from home from the perspective of workers with first hand experience. This thesis is also focused on the possible ways how to synchronize work and employee's personal life while working from home. The aim of this thesis is to identify both the positive and negative aspects associated with working from home as subjectively perceived by employees who work this way. Part of this thesis is an investigation which aims to understand how employees perceive certain aspects of working from home and how they are able to distinguish between work and their personal lives.
