Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití psychobiografického přístupu v péči v Domově Palata. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat a vymezit, jakou roli sehrávají sociální pracovníci a pracovníci v sociálních službách při práci s psychobiografickým modelem péče, zda spolu vzájemně v této oblasti spolupracují, a jak tento model vnímají. Stěžejní částí je empirická část, kterou tvoří rozhovory s pracovníky v sociálních službách a se sociálními pracovníky, kteří úzce pracují s psychobiografií v Domově Palata při poskytování péče. Výsledkem práce jsou náměty na udržení spolupráce v tomto zařízení a také doporučení pro kolegy z jiných organizací a pro širokou veřejnost. Zároveň práce poukazuje na důležitost využití péče dle psychobiografického modelu v pobytových sociálních službách, protože to přináší zcela jiný pohled na člověka, pohled na jeho duši spojenou se životním příběhem. The Diploma thesis is focused on the application of the psychobiographic care approach in the Home Palata. The main aim of the thesis is to conduct a survey and demarcate the role of social workers in social services during work with the psychobiographic care model, if they are cooperating with each other in this area and how they perceive this model. The empiric part is the mainstay of this thesis; it is constituted of interviews with workers in social services and with social workers as well. They use the psychobiography in the Home Palata while providing care. Suggestions how to maintain the care in this profession and recommendation for the general public and colleagues in different organizations are the results of this thesis. The thesis refers to the importance of care application in accordance with the psychobiographic model in long stay social services because it brings completely new perspective of the human. The general view of the human soul is connected with the live story.
