Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti financování při pořizování dlouhodobého majetku podnikem. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů spjatých s problematikou daného tématu. Dále navazuje část praktická, jejímž obsahem je finanční analýza podniku a porovnání možných způsobů financování pořizovaného majetku. Závěr práce tvoří vyhodnocení a návrh optimálního řešení. The bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of financing when acquiring the long-term assets of the company. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to the topic. Next is the practical part, which consists of financial analysis of the company and comparison of possible ways of financing the acquired property. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation and suggestion of the optimal solution.
