Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit vlivy působící na cenu stavebních pozemků ve městě Brně. Teoretická část diplomové práce vymezuje pojmy ze zákonů vztahujících se ke stavebním pozemkům. Vybrané pozemky se nachází na území města Brna, ve kterém je rovněž analyzován trh se stavebními pozemky. Dále jsou shrnuty aspekty, které ovlivňují cenu stavebního pozemku při ocenění podle cenového předpisu. Analytická část je zaměřena na pozemky, ke kterým byl zveřejněn cenový údaj v katastru nemovitostí, tyto jsou pak konfrontovány s oceňovací vyhláškou. Získané informace jsou v závěru vyhodnoceny. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and evaluate the influences affecting the price of building land in the city of Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of laws relating to building land. Selected land is located in the city of Brno, which also analyzes the market of building plots. In addition, the aspects that influence the price of the building land in the valuation according to the price regulation are summarized. The analytical part is focused on the land to which the price data was published in the cadastre of real estate, which are then confronted with the valuation decree. In the end, the informations obtained are evaluated.
