Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci zakázky ve vybraném strojírenském podniku. Jsou sledovány procesy, kterými zakázka prochází od samotného přijetí až po expedici a vyhledáváme slabá místa celého procesu. Na základě analýzy těchto procesů, jsou odhalena slabá místa podniku. Výstupem této práce je návrh na minimalizaci či úplné odstranění těchto slabých míst a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných úprav. The bachelors thesis is focused on the realization of the order in a selected engineering company. Processes, that the order goes through since the actual acceptance until expedition are tracked and we are looking for weak areas of the whole process. Based on the analysis of these processes, the weak areas of the company are revealed. The output of this work is the minimization or a complete elimination of these weak points and economic evaluation of the proposed modifications.
