Tato práce se zabývá analýzou podnikových procesů a toků dat zvolené společnosti, které nově vznikla potřeba sjednotit informace a procesy do jednoho systému. Výsledek analýzy je použit pro stanovení kritérií na funkčnost nového informačního systému. Dle daných požadavků se zvolí systém, který nejlépe vyhovuje potřebám společnosti. Na závěr navržen možný postup implementace. This thesis deals with analysis of business processes and data flow of selected company which has a need to unify information and processes into one system. Result of analysis is used to determine functionality criteria of new information system. With these requirements in mind, the best suiting system is chosen. Finally, a possible implementation is proposed.
