V bakalářské práci je zpracován návrh nástroje pro děrování a ostřihování výkovku pouzdra z oceli jakosti 14 331. Kování bude probíhat na kovacím lisu LMZ 1 000 od firmy Šmeral Brno, a. s. Zápustky jsou vyrobeny z oceli ČSN 19 552. Velikost série je 520 000 kusů ročně. Navržený nástroj je konstruován jako postupový. Kvůli stanovení teploty, při které bude probíhat ostřihování a děrování byla zpracována simulace kovacího procesu v softwaru FormFEM. Na základě výpočtu ostřihovací a děrovací síly byl pro ostřihovací operaci zvolen lis S 160 E opět od výrobce Šmeral Brno, a. s. Střižníky a střižnice ostřihovacího nástroje jsou vyrobeny z nástrojové oceli ČSN 19 550 tepelně zpracované dle výkresové dokumentace. Na závěr bylo zpracováno ekonomické zhodnocení. Bakalářská práce byla zpracována ve spolupráci se společností Šmeral Brno, a. s. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of tool for punching and trimming of the forged case, made from 14 331 steel. Forging will be done on forging press LMZ 1 000 made by Šmeral Brno, a. s. The dies are made from 19 552 steel. Production series is 520 000 pieces per year. The tool is designed as progressive. Simulation of the forging process in FormFEM software has been done, because of evaluation of the trimming and punching temperature. Based on calculated punching and trimming force the press S 160 E made by Šmeral Brno, a. s., was chosen. Piercing punches and dies are produced from instrumental steel 19 550, with heat treatment according to design documentation. To conclude, the economical evaluation was done. The bachelor thesis was done in cooperation with Šmeral Brno, a. s.
