Práce se zabývá návrhem technologie výroby ochranného plechu ke dveřím z materiálu 17 240. Polotovarem je plech o tloušťce 0,8 mm. Práce je zaměřena na tváření kovů za studena – stříhání. Na základě série 100 000 kusů je navržena výroba v postupovém nástroji. Dle potřebných výpočtů byl zvolen výstředníkový lis LEXN-100 2 (Toma trading s.r.o.) o jmenovité síle 1000 kN. Stěžejním bodem práce je návrh střižného nástroje a vytvoření výkresové dokumentace. The thesis deals with the design of manufacturing technology of protective sheet metal to the door from the material 17240. The blank is 0,8 mm thick sheet metal. Work is set for cold shaping of metal by means of cutting. Production on sequence shearing tool is based on series 100 000 pieces. Shearing machine LEXN–100 2 (Toma trading s.r.o.) with shearing force 1000 kN is selected for realization. The main point of the thesis is to design a cutting tool and to create a drawing documentation.
