Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je logopedická intervence u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě s diagnózou afázie. Práce je koncipována do čtyř kapitol. První tři kapitoly jsou teoretického charakteru, čtvrtá kapitola představuje empirickou část. První teoretická kapitola se zabývá pojetím komunikace a definuje základní pojmy, dále se věnuje oblasti centrálního a periferního nervového systému a jeho vlivu na komunikační schopnost člověka. Druhá kapitola přibližuje problematiku cévních mozkových příhod, zaměřuje se zejména na etiologii a symptomatologii onemocnění, možnosti diagnostiky a terapie a oblast prevence. Třetí teoretická kapitola popisuje afázii, tedy druh narušené komunikační schopnosti vznikající v důsledku cévní mozkové příhody. Zaměřena je na vymezení, etiologii a symptomatologii afázie, proces diagnostiky a terapie. Ve svém závěru se kapitola také dotýká možností poskytování logopedické intervence v České republice. Čtvrtá kapitola diplomové práce představuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, jež bylo prováděno v rámci dvoutýdenních komplexních rehabilitačních pobytů pro osoby po cévní mozkové příhodě. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření bylo analyzovat logopedickou intervenci u dospělých osob po cévní mozkové příhodě s diagnózou afázie v chronické fázi, na jeho základě byly následně... The topic of this diploma thesis is speech therapy and intervention of people after stroke with a diagnosis of aphasia. The thesis consists of four chapters. The theoretical framework is presented in three chapters, the fourth one is an empirical part of thesis. The first theoretical chapter deals with the concept of communication and defines the basic terminology, it also describes the area of the central and peripheral nervous system and its influence on the human's communication ability. The second chapter approaches the issue of ictus focusing especially on etiology and symptomatology of the disease, diagnostics, therapy and prevention. The third theoretical chapter describes aphasia - a kind of communication disorder arising from a stroke. It focuses on the definition, etiology and symptomatology of aphasia, the process of diagnosis and therapy. In conclusion, this chapter also describes the possibilities of providing speech therapy and intervention in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter of diploma thesis describes a qualitative research that was conducted within two-weeks complex rehabilitation stays for people after stroke.
