Stacking ability of RNA dinucleosides is dependend on sequence, which is studied by molecular dynamic simulation. Dinucleosides monophosphates ApA, ApC, CpA and CpC were used such molecular models. Závislot stacku na sekvenci dinukleosidu je studována metodami molekulárně-dynamických simulací. Pro výpočety byly použity molekulární modely ApA, ApC, CpA a CpC.
