Název práce: Hodnocení efektu metody Nová mluva v léčbě koktavosti Cíl: Koktavost patří mezi závažné poruchy řeči, jejichž důsledky mohou jedince výrazně hendikepovat. Kromě běžné logopedické péče se objevují i různé alternativní metody, mezi které patří i skupinová léčba kurzovního charakteru s názvem Nová mluva. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektu této metody z pohledu dvou absolventů. Metody: Hlavní použitá metoda byla explorativní (dotazovací). Pro případovou studii byli osloveni 2 absolventi kurzu Nová mluva (žena - 26 let, muž - 19 let), s nimiž byl veden individuální rozhovor složený ze čtrnácti otázek. Výsledky: Na základě analýzy rozhovorů je možné konstatovat, že při dodržování pravidel metody Nová mluva, vnímají absolventi této metody subjektivně významné zlepšení řeči s důsledky v sociální i psychické oblasti. Zlepšení v oblasti socializace pozorujeme na základě skutečnosti, že jsou absolventi nyní schopni mluvit v jakýchkoli podmínkách a že vnímají rozšíření pracovních možností. Jako méně viditelné vnímají zlepšení v oblasti psychické. Je vhodné dále pracovat na zvýšení sebedůvěry a psychické odolnosti. Except the common logopedic care, there are also different alternative methods, including group therapy with the name "New speaking". The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effect of this method from the perspective of two graduates. Methods: The main used method was exploratory (interview). Two subjects (female - 26 years old and male - 19 years old) participated in the case study. The interview consisted of fourteen questions. Results: Based on the analysis of the interviews it is possible to state that the "New Speech" method is working when the rules are followed. Absolvents perceive a subjectively significant improvement of speech with social and psychological consequences. Improvement in the social area can be supported by the fact that subjects are able to speak under all conditions and also that they perceive increase of job possibilities. The psychological improvement was less visible. It is suggested to work on their self-confidence and hardiness. Key words: speech disorder, stuttering, group therapy
