Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti Rebio Sun s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První část se věnuje cílům práce a metodám zpracování. V další kapitole jsou základní teoretická východiska. Ve třetí kapitole je zanalyzován současný stav vybrané společnosti a v poslední části práce jsou navrženy změny na zlepšení systému odměňování pracovníků. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees at Rebio Sun s. r. o. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part deals with the aims of the work and the methods of processing. In the next chapter are the basic theoretical starting points. The third chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the last part of the thesis changes are proposed to improve the system of remuneration of workers.
