Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část mapuje základní pojmy řešené problematiky. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnitřních a vnějších faktorů ovlivňujících systém odměňování zaměstnanců. Třetí, návrhová, část obsahuje návrhy změn v systému hodnocení a odměňování ve vybrané společnosti. This Bachelor thesis concentrates on the evaluation and the remuneration of employees in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretic concepts of the matter. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of internal and external factors affecting the remuneration system of employees. The third part proposes changes in the rating and remuneration system in the selected company.
