Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve zvolené společnosti. První část práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů týkající se teorie odměňování. V další části je detailně pomocí několika metod analyzován současný stav řešené problematiky. Závěrečný blok práce se soustřeďuje na vlastní navrhované změny v oblasti hmotného i nehmotného odměňování. My bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. First part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. In the next part, the current state of the matter is analyzed in detail by using several methods. Last part of the thesis is focused on my own proposed changes in the fields of tangible and intagible rewards.
