V příspěvku jsou diskutovány jednotlivé možnosti predikce slučovacích tepel organických látek. Pozornost je věnována především přesnému způsobu výpočtu, který je používán v posledních letech. Methods and prediction of formation heats of organic compounds are discussed. The main attention is concentrated on the calculations by means if the density functional theory.
