Abstract: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are presented basic informatik about the secondary education of veterinary medicine, textbooks, creation of textbooks. Thepractical part describes creation of a part oftextbook on the topic of maturing of meat and its verification in the teaching of the subjekt Hygiene and food technology in the third year of the secondary Vocational veterinary school in České Budějovice. Students satisfaction with textbook will be verified using questionnaires.
