Příspěvek ukazuje metodu optické fluorescenční mikroskopie jako účinný analytický nástroj pro studium stavby geomateriálů a stavebních hmot, zejména pro analýzu pórovitosti a mikroporušení materiálu. Jako specifická oblast aplikace jsou zde popsány příklady využití fluorescence pro strukturně-texturní analýzy geokompozitních materiálů s organickými pojivy. The paper presents the optical fluorescence microscopy as an effective analytical tool to study structure of geomaterials and building materials. It can be used especially for the analyses of porosity and microfracturing of material. Examples of the use of fluorescence in structural-textural analysis of geocomposite materials with organic binders are described as its specific application field.
