Příspěvek se soustředí na vybrané aspekty sociologické metodologie, jež mohou být užitečné při vytváření a analyzování výzkumů mezi čtenáři knihoven. Důraz klade zejména na to jak najít reprezentativní vzorek čtenářů, jak formulovat otazky v dotaznících, na co se ptát a jak tyto odpovědi interpretovat. This lecture will be focused on some aspects of sociological methodology that can be used for development of surveys carried out between readers in libraries. This lecture try to answer on these questions: How to find out that our survey is representative? How to formulate questions in survey? Which topics could be placed in survey? And how to work with and interpret obtained data?
